Cheap TAG Heuer Men's 2000 Aquaracer Quartz Watch #WAF1110.BA0800 Review
I was very pleased with this purchase overall. This is my first "real" watch, moving up from a Citizen Eco-Drive. I researched automatic vs. quartz, visited the mall several times to view/try on different models, and finally settled on this one. It is perfect!
The black face looks great with jeans or with a dress shirt. The hands and hour markings, as well as the marker on the bezel, "glow" for a few minutes when you turn off the light. This is a nice surprise and something I didn't gather from the photos, product description, etc.
I have been to the mall department store twice to size the watch (2nd visit was my fault for sizing it too tight the first time). Since the store is an authorized Macy's dealer, they did it both times for free. I noticed that they had my watch for sale there, at full retail price of ,400.! Underscored what a great deal this was.
If you are leaning toward the watch but still on the fence, go for it! This is the kind of watch you wear your whole life and then give to your son.
